Asian Taste opened in February 2020 after owner Ehsay Lar spent years in restaurants and kept hearing the same thing: Lincoln wanted another place for genuinely satisfying Thai food.

After moving to the United States in 2008 and working for years in restaurants, owner Ehsay Lar understood both the craft of the kitchen and what diners were missing. Asian Taste opened in February 2020 with a simple goal: serve deeply satisfying Thai food with generous portions and genuine hospitality.
